These Terms of Service govern your use of shuazi, a Chinese flashcard application for HSK vocabulary learning. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

shuazi provides Chinese character flashcards for HSK levels 1 through 6. A free tier covers HSK 1–2; premium access unlocks all levels.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Premium Subscription

Premium access is available as a one-time purchase or recurring subscription via Stripe.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass or circumvent premium access restrictions
Scrape, copy, or redistribute the app's content or data at scale
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The shuazi app, its design, and vocabulary data are owned by us or licensed for use. HSK vocabulary lists are based on publicly available educational standards from the Chinese government.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of shuazi.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
